Covid-19 has forced us to stay at home only going out when necessary. Supermarkets are managing long queues, enforcing a people management system. With the demand on food and online delivery as it is, The Store has been looking at how we can help relieve this pressure, as well as help our regular customers with their shopping. During this time, we have been working hard on opening our online shop to enable customers to shop online through a click-and-collect service. 

How it Works

  1. Browse through our products page, selecting items that you wish to purchase, and adding them to your cart. (We have limited some items so that you can only purchase set amounts. This is to help manage stock levels during a time of heightened food demand)
  2. Once you’ve finished shopping, review your order and pay online 
  3. Collect your order at The Store by quoting your name and order number. (During this time, we are offering ‘Curbside Collection’ allowing you to drive up and wait outside The Store to collect your order) 

Key Information

  • Orders made online before 1pm each day, will be available for collection the following day during opening hours. Orders made after this will be available the following working day. On some occasions, orders can be ready earlier than this 
  • Currently we will only be processing orders made on weekdays. If you make an order on Friday, you can still collect over the weekends, however if the order is made on Sunday or Monday, these will be ready to collect on Tuesday
  • Food will be packaged up in recycled paper bags and collated into a box ready for your collection
  • Cleaning Products: If you would like to fill your jars or containers with cleaning products, order the refill option online and bring your jars with you on collection for us to fill for you
