A sticky textured, white rice suitable for paella and other risotto type dishes.
Rinse in cold water. Use 1 cup rice: 2 cups water. (Stock if preferred) Bring to the boil, then simmer slowly in a covered pan for 40 minutes. Ingredients: Rice.
