Basmati Rice Brown
Brown rice is nutritionally superior. Rinse in cold water. Use 1 cup rice: 2 cups water. Bring to boil & simmer 15-20 mins covered, serve. Basmati rice is improved by rinsing in cold water and soaking for 1 hour prior to cooking as above.
